These Terms and Conditions apply to every person who visits, registers on, or uses the Nulstar platform in any way. They cover your account, how deposits and withdrawals work, what bonus terms look like, the rules around fair use, and what happens when things go wrong. 1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Nulstar ("Nulstar," "we," "us," "the platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Nulstar website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Nulstar platform. Access to Nulstar constitutes acceptance even if you have not completed registration, since browsing certain sections and reviewing odds and game information are also covered by these Terms.

2 Eligibility
To register and use the Nulstar platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) sets this as the minimum legal age for gambling activities in the Philippines, and Nulstar strictly enforces it.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using an online gaming platform of this type is lawful at the time of play.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of Nulstar or any of its affiliated service providers.
- You must not be on any national or international self-exclusion register or similar exclusion list.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
Nulstar reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
3 Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold one account only at Nulstar. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed with balances potentially forfeited.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and permanent ban from the Nulstar platform.
Nulstar will conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This process protects both you and the integrity of the platform.
Accepted ID Types
Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID, or any government-issued photo ID.
Proof of Address
A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your full name and residential address, dated within the last 90 days.
4 Deposits
All transactions on the Nulstar platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Nulstar accepts deposits through the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
Deposits are generally credited to your Nulstar account balance immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact Nulstar support with your transaction reference number.
- Minimum deposit amount: ₱100 (subject to the limits of the chosen payment method).
- Maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and may vary. Check the cashier for current limits.
- Nulstar does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
- Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support promptly if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
Nulstar does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of Nulstar's control.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your Nulstar account balance are processed to the same Philippine payment method used for deposits wherever possible. In cases where this is not available, Nulstar will work with you to identify a verified alternative.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200.
- Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
- Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.
- Your Nulstar account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held until documentation is submitted and reviewed.
- Withdrawals must be to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Nulstar reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
If a withdrawal is rejected or delayed due to failed verification, you will be notified by email or through the Nulstar support system. Balances are not at risk during a verification hold unless fraud is established during the review.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
Nulstar offers bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are posted alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all Nulstar bonus offers unless otherwise stated:
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real money balances. Real money is wagered first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
- Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are listed in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
- Nulstar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus structures — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Bonuses are a marketing tool offered at Nulstar's discretion. No player is entitled to a bonus, and failure to offer or renew a promotion does not constitute a breach of contract.
7 Gameplay and Bets
All bets placed on the Nulstar platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet selection and stake amount before submitting. Nulstar cannot reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verifiable technical error on the platform's side.
Nulstar's digital games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Bingo, Pusoy, and Virtual Sports — use independently certified random number generators (RNG). The RNG ensures that outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by any external factor. The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed within the game information pages.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at each game table and may vary by game type and account tier.
- In the event of a disconnection during an active bet, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by Nulstar's servers. The platform's server logs are the authoritative record in any dispute.
- Nulstar cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet instability, device failure, or power interruptions during active play.
- All game outcomes are final once declared. Disputes about outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant round completing.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Nulstar platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:
- Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.
- Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that is unlawful under Philippine law.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with Nulstar games or betting systems.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities in the Nulstar platform. Any exploited winnings obtained through a system error are subject to reversal.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, particularly in multiplayer formats.
- Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the Nulstar system without authorisation.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing Nulstar staff or other players through any communication channel.
Nulstar cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. If prohibited conduct is identified, relevant records may be shared with appropriate authorities.
9 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Nulstar login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not you personally authorised it — is your responsibility.
- Use a strong, unique password for your Nulstar account that you do not use elsewhere.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
- Log out of your Nulstar account when using shared or public devices.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Nulstar support immediately so the account can be temporarily frozen while the situation is investigated.
Nulstar employs industry-standard security measures including data encryption. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security. You use the platform understanding that internet-based services carry inherent security limitations that are outside the control of any single provider.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
Nulstar may suspend or close your account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, reasonable suspicion of fraud, failure to complete KYC, conduct that is harmful to other players, or a regulatory requirement to do so.
In cases where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, Nulstar reserves the right to withhold or forfeit all funds in the account, including real money balances, pending investigation. Where no breach is established, real money balances will be returned to you through your verified payment method.
You may close your Nulstar account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is confirmed, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real money balances will be returned within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
11 Responsible Gaming

13 Privacy

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. 14 Amendments to These Terms
Nulstar reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Nulstar will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
For minor or administrative changes, updates will be reflected on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the Nulstar platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
